Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of personal and operational data by our FAA, EASA, and INAC–approved engine repair station in compliance with 14 CFR, EASA Part-145, Venezuelan INAC regulations, and the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.

1. Data Collection

We collect personal and business information including names, contact details, aircraft registration, engine serial numbers, and maintenance records as required for maintenance execution, regulatory compliance, and customer communication.

Data is obtained through contractual documentation, service requests, electronic correspondence, and in-person communication. All collection is directly related to approved maintenance operations and regulatory obligations.

2. Purpose of Processing

The primary purposes of processing include performing authorized maintenance, complying with FAA, EASA, INAC, and Florida regulatory requirements, maintaining safety records, and fulfilling contractual obligations with customers.

3. Confidentiality

  • All personal, operational, and technical information collected or generated during the course of providing services is considered confidential
  • Confidential information will be protected and used solely for authorized purposes related to maintenance operations, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations. 
  • Disclosure of confidential information will occur only: 
  1. To authorized aviation authorities, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement as required under applicable laws. 
  2. To employees, contractors, or agents who require access for the performance of their duties and are bound by confidentiality obligations. 
  3. With prior written consent from the data owner. 
  • Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed without reference to confidential information, or lawfully received from a third party without restriction. 

4. Data Storage & Security

In compliance with FAA §145.219, EASA AMC 145.A.55(c), INAC retention directives, and applicable Florida laws, we store records securely for mandated periods. Access is restricted to authorized personnel with confidentiality obligations.

Digital records are stored on secure servers with encryption and access control. Physical records are maintained in secure facilities with controlled access to prevent unauthorized retrieval or modification.

5. User Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data unless prohibited by mandatory record retention periods under FAA, EASA, INAC, or Florida law.

6. Website & Technical Data

Our website may collect technical data including IP addresses, device identifiers, and usage statistics for security, compliance monitoring, and service optimization. We do not engage in unrelated marketing with such data.

7. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be revised to reflect changes in regulatory requirements, operational procedures, or Florida law. The most current version will be available upon request or via official communication channels.
