These certifications authorize us to perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services on aircraft components in accordance with the approved scope of work and regulatory limitations.
2. Scope of Services
All maintenance, inspection, repair, and overhaul services are performed under FAA, EASA, and/or INAC regulations, as applicable.
Services are limited to the ratings, capabilities, and scope of approval defined in our certificates and capability list.
Certifications such as FAA Form 8130-3, EASA Form 1, or INAC release certificates will be issued only upon compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate documentation, history, and information for all components submitted for service.
Airworthiness, installation, and operational use of components remain the sole responsibility of the aircraft operator.
Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable customs, import/export, and shipping regulations.
4. Liability & Limitations
The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or re-performance of services provided.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, flight delays, or operational disruptions.
No warranties are expressed or implied beyond the authorized release certificate provided at the completion of service.
5. Regulatory Compliance
All work is performed in compliance with FAA Part 145, EASA Part 145, and INAC regulations.
Certifications are issued only when work is accomplished in accordance with approved and current technical data.
The Company reserves the right to reject or refuse service if documentation, parts, or components do not meet compliance requirements.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and technical data, is the exclusive property of WAS Turbine Center and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written authorization.
7. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
The Company and its customers acknowledge that during the course of providing or receiving maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, each party may receive or have access to confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to technical data, specifications, drawings, maintenance records, business information, and operational procedures (“Confidential Information”).
Both parties agree to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of performing or receiving the agreed services.
Disclosure of Confidential Information is strictly prohibited except:
To employees, agents, or subcontractors who require the information to perform their duties, provided they are bound by confidentiality obligations.
As required by law, regulatory authorities (FAA, EASA, INAC), or a valid court order.
With prior written consent from the disclosing party.
Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
Is lawfully obtained from a third party without restriction.
Is independently developed by the receiving party without reference to the Confidential Information.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will become effective immediately upon posting on this website.
